Meet The TeamDiane Wootton

Diane Wootton

Administration Assistant

Diane is Mackay born and bred. She completed her primary education through St Francis Xavier Primary and graduated from Our Lady of Mercy / Mercy College.

Having worked in the Medical field for 20 years, she decided to have a career change (call it a mid-life crisis perhaps) and commenced working in Financial Planning with Westpac, completing her RG146 compliance.  In 2017, Diane was fortunate to obtain a job here at Enlightened Financial Solutions, continuing in the financial planning field.

Diane’s biggest joy in her life was to marry (and still be happily married) and raise 4 beautiful children (now all adults).  Family is the most important thing to Diane.

Throughout Di’s life she has been very active in the Arts, with classical ballet being her favourite.  She obtained her Teachers Certificate in the Royal Academy of Dance and still teaches ballet to date.  Di has been actively involved in the Mackay community, attending and organising multiple fundraising events over the years.  Di’s hobbies include reading, listening to music, singing, travelling and fishing.
